Washing up
Being a rural, working farm - our facilities are basic - but exceptionally clean and kept in tip-top form by the ever-diligent Heidi & Chrissy - keep an eye out for Chrissy on her bike up & down the field, easy to spot with toilet rolls & cleaning products hanging from the handlebars!
With Hot Showers together with the cleanest "portaloos" you'll have ever seen, we also have two cold water washing-up areas under cover, plenty of firepits for hire, and picnic benches about the place. There are also NEW Hand Wash Basins for 2023 too - all areas equipped with soap or washing up liquid but do bring your own in case there's a rush on!

Let's face it - there's one thing you all want to know - what are the loos like? Well, here at Wooders, we have installed portaloos and hot, steamy Showers (some of them would compete with a power shower on a good day) - and there is nothing Heidi is prouder of than keeping these smelling fresh and clean and looking fabulous (as far as toilets go). You'll often - at least 4 times a day - see her out and about, gloves adorned and ready for action. Say hello - be nice and just see how good she is!

The Camp Fire! It's what all proper campers have a vision of when they book some outside time. We believe that fire-pits, toasting marshmallows and S'mores are a way of life come the summer, so we have over 40 Fire-pits available to hire here - and Sid is making even more for the 2021 Season. He's a busy boy - and very clever with a bit of weld! The pits go out on a first come, first served basis and bundles of wood with kindling are also available to buy. Some of our Fire-pits have a grill so can be cooked on too - just ask and if we have one - you can use it!

Carli has some delicious hot drinks on offer throughout the summer months, just what you need after late nights round the campfire plus maybe a cheeky pastry or yummy treats (chocolate brownies are the best)

Sister pub to the Drax Arms, we're lucky to have two pubs in our village with good food & drink so why not take a wander to the village via Doddings Lane (the scenic route) for a pub lunch & drink before heading back to relax around the camp fire

Wow, what can we say about these guys & girls. Definitely a favourite of ours throughout the year, let alone the season! Fab pizzas plus pastries & lovely cakes.
