Opening Dates for 2024 Season are Friday 3rd May - 30th September
We are a working farm here at Wooders, led by Heidi. We look after around a 100 head of Hereford and Normande cross cattle as well as other animals on the farm including chickens, ducks, pygmy goats, Otis, Molly and Minnie and our fabulous Rocky the horse - the big fella on site!
We also manage a herd of 3 feral farm children, numerous relatives and friends that help out on the farm and the campsite - you may have met a few already - and a whole host of helpers that you'll meet as they go about their day here. Always wave us down if you see us - we love an excuse to stop for a chat!

- We are a working farm so you must keep to camping fields/areas and please keep out of private/working property
- We reserve the right to refuse admission, we only accept responsible campers that are considerate to fellow campers and are respectful of the environment.
- All bookings must have a responsible adult over the age of 18 staying for the duration of the booking.
- Rubbish must be put in correct bins - dry recyling, glass and general waste. NO CAMPING EQUIPMENT TO BE DISPOSED OF. There is a recyling centre only 6 miles away so please ask for directions.
- Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund or change of dates.
- We do not accept poor weather as a reason for cancellation/rebooking, unless it is deemed as unsafe and risk to public safety i.e. flooding or other extreme weather conditions in which case you will be contacted and offered an alternative.
We very much operate "open house" during the summer so do come along if you're nearby and want to have a look at the Campsite. We're always around and you may catch us on one of the tractors so wave us down and we'll do all we can to help you!
